These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "Member", or "you") and pgking (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the pgking website located at https://pgking.cam (the "Website"), all associated mobile applications, and all gaming, betting, and ancillary services provided thereon (collectively, the "Service").

pgking reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Service following any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, access the Website, or place any wager on pgking. We take age verification seriously and reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and funds forfeited without exception.
Residency and Legal Compliance: The Service is intended for users residing in Indonesia. You represent and warrant that your use of pgking complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence. While we operate under an international gaming license, you acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by country and region, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure your participation is lawful under local statutes.
Restricted Territories: Individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law are strictly forbidden from accessing or using the Service. pgking reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, and void all wagers from users in restricted territories without prior notice. Winnings from restricted jurisdictions will not be honored.
Capacity to Contract: By registering, you confirm that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are not acting under duress, undue influence, or incapacity, and you have not been declared legally incompetent by any court or authority.
Prohibited Users: The following categories of individuals are expressly prohibited from using pgking:
One Account Per User: Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on pgking. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, and all associated wagers voided. Winnings from duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at our sole discretion after deduction of administrative fees.
Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, complete, and accurate information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. This information must match the details on your government-issued identification documents submitted during the KYC process. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. pgking will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other channel. You must immediately notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. You remain liable for all activities conducted under your Account until you notify us of a security breach.
KYC Verification: As part of our commitment to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and player protection, pgking requires all Users to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. You must submit clear, legible copies of:
Verification typically completes within 24 hours during business days. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of registration may be suspended until verification is provided. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at our discretion, particularly for large withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000.
Account Suspension and Termination: pgking reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcome, and your remaining Balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any outstanding fees or chargebacks.
Accepted Payment Methods: pgking accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, BSI) and major e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must originate from accounts held in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and funds forfeiture.
Minimum and Maximum Limits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by Account tier: Bronze (Rp 10,000,000), Silver (Rp 25,000,000), Gold (Rp 50,000,000). Higher limits may be arranged for VIP members upon request.
Deposit Processing: Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance within seconds for e-wallet transactions and within 5 minutes for bank transfers during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Delays may occur during weekends, public holidays, or due to technical issues with third-party payment processors. pgking is not liable for delays caused by external payment systems.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours, depending on verification status and Account tier. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification and may take up to 48 hours for manual review. Subsequent withdrawals for verified Accounts are typically instant. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals for up to 7 business days for additional security checks, particularly for large amounts or suspicious activity patterns.
Withdrawal to Original Payment Method: As an anti-money laundering measure, withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless that method is no longer available. If circumstances require an alternative withdrawal method, you must provide additional verification documentation and receive written approval from our compliance team.
Fees: pgking does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees; these are beyond our control and are your responsibility. Currency conversion fees may apply if your bank account currency differs from IDR.
Prohibited Transactions: You must not use pgking for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal financial activity. We employ automated monitoring systems and reserve the right to freeze accounts, report suspicious transactions to authorities, and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
Inactive Account Policy: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. A monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 will be deducted from dormant account balances until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Reactivation requires contacting customer support and completing updated KYC verification.
Promotional Terms: All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pgking are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotions page at the time of the offer. These terms include eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with its specific terms in addition to these general Terms.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers before conversion. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute 20%. Games with RTPs above 98% or low-volatility slots may be excluded from wagering contributions entirely.
Maximum Bet Restriction: While wagering bonus funds, the maximum bet per spin or hand is limited to Rp 25,000 unless otherwise specified. Exceeding this limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, even if wagering requirements have been met.
Bonus Abuse: pgking reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we determine that bonus funds have been abused. Examples of abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, coordinated play between multiple accounts, deliberate low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements (e.g., betting both red and black on roulette), or any other behavior inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
Bonus Expiration: All bonuses expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated. Unused or partially wagered bonuses will be removed from your Account upon expiration. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Withdrawal Restrictions: You may not withdraw funds until all active bonus wagering requirements have been cleared. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, all pending bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited, and only your original deposited funds (minus any wagers already placed) will be eligible for withdrawal.
Promotional Eligibility: pgking reserves the right to exclude certain players from promotional offers at our sole discretion, including players who have previously abused bonuses, professional arbitrage bettors, or players from restricted territories. Decisions regarding promotional eligibility are final and not subject to appeal.
Bet Acceptance: A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed by pgking's system and appears in your betting history with a unique bet ID. Technical errors, system malfunctions, or interruptions do not constitute valid bets. We reserve the right to void bets placed as a result of technical errors, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect market offerings, or system glitches.
Bet Settlement: All bets are settled according to the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football matches, ATP for tennis). Settlement typically occurs within minutes of the event conclusion for sports betting and immediately upon game completion for casino games. In cases of disputed outcomes, pgking's decision based on official results is final.
Voided Events: If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. For togel (lottery) markets, if the official draw is delayed or canceled, all related bets are voided.
Maximum Winnings: Unless otherwise specified, the maximum payout for any single bet is Rp 500,000,000. The maximum daily payout across all bets combined is Rp 1,000,000,000. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped and paid at the maximum amount. Progressive jackpot wins are exempt from these caps and are paid in full according to the game rules.
Obvious Errors: pgking reserves the right to void bets or correct settlements if an obvious error has occurred, including but not limited to: incorrect odds displayed due to human or technical error, continuation of betting after an event has actually concluded (also known as "late betting"), or acceptance of bets on outcomes already determined. In such cases, affected players will be notified, and stakes will be returned.
Prohibited Betting Practices: The following betting practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
Dispute Resolution: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must notify our customer support team at [email protected] within 7 days of settlement. Include your bet ID, account username, and a detailed explanation of the dispute. We will investigate all legitimate disputes and respond within 14 business days. Our decision following investigation is final and binding. Disputes not raised within the 7-day window will not be considered.

Self-Exclusion: You may voluntarily exclude yourself from using pgking for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked, you will be unable to place bets, and you will not receive any promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration selected. Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account to control spending. Limits can be decreased immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. All content on the pgking Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, software, and game interfaces, is the exclusive property of pgking or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Website without prior written consent from pgking.
The pgking name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to pgking. Unauthorized use of any pgking trademark is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Indonesian law.
Service Availability: While we strive to maintain continuous uptime, pgking does not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or error-free. Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, pgking's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
Exclusion of Consequential Damages: pgking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Third-Party Content: The Website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or game providers not controlled by pgking. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of pgking shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pgking holds its primary gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Service shall be instituted in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, pgking reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Service.
